I was fascinated by photos taken of this newly built dam across the Marina channels when I stumbled upon it at ClubSnap. The result of this new dam is the birth of the Marina Reservoir. Ever since then, I have made it a point to make a trip there myself. The very first day of 2009 was set aside for just that.
This past weekend was a tough one. Besides attending the final intensive classes for Computer Science Concepts, I was also coding out practical 3. As soon as I got home , I would start on it and only forced myself to stop when I could no longer hold up.
I may not be a professional photographer (I would love to own a DSLR one fine day) but I do run into obstacles while taking shots. Despite owning a Sony Cyber-shot DSC T100 for almost a year now, I dare not claim that I know how to bring out the best in pictures. With the term ‘point and shoot’, there is only so much that can be tweaked in the T100. Settings such as the fps or shutter speed cannot be changed.
