Since having completed my Sport Climbing Level 1 course, I have not had the opportunity to actually return to Climb Asia to climb due to the lack of fellow climbers to tag along with. However luck had shined upon me. I had 2 companions and off I went for a good 4 hour climbing session.

I have completed the Singapore National Climbing Standards (SNCS) Sport Climbing level 1 course and am officially a certified belayer. The 6 hour course which I went through consisted of a theory lesson and some dry practice before an assessment by the instructors.

I am going to kick start fulfilling one of my new year’s resolution for 2008 as early as this weekend. I have decided to learn Rock Climbing. Come this Sunday, I will be commencing a Singapore National Climbing Standards Sport Climbing Level 1 course at Climb Asia.
